The terms and conditions ("information") compiled in this document are subject to change without notice. It is the responsibility of the any person seeking to rely on the information by visiting our website at www.jigsawparadise.com.au or by contacting Jigsaw Paradise on 1300 365 218. "Jigsaw Paradise", "we", "us" and "our" are references to Jigsaw Paradise, the trading name of Toys Paradise Australia Pty Limited A.B.N. 44 142 329 539- a company registered in Australia under the Corporations Act 2001.

The Terms and Conditions in this document govern the use of Jigsaw Paradise's Online Shopping Service (the Service). The Service includes shopping, returns, and participation in promotions run by Jigsaw Paradise.

Delivery

For orders placed during January & February please allow additional processing time as we deal with the high demand during our sale. Orders will process on a first in first serve basis, and we anticipate to take approximately 1 – 2 weeks to process prior to shipping. We appreciate your patience.

We use an established courier company to ensure the fastest possibly delivery to you.  Australia is a vast nation and shipping sometimes can be beyond our control. The below table is a guide as to when you can expect to have your goods delivered to you a day your order has been processed. We will endeavour to contact you should there be any delay in the below delivery times.

We do not ship to PO. BOX address.

Orders will require signature on delivery.

Delivery times are based on working days and are approximate only. No liablity is accepted for late delivery.

Delivery times may very according to weather, road conditions and seasonal overload such as Christmas.

Orders are shipped with Toll IPEC and Fastway Couriers within Australia. 

How much will delivered goods cost me Within Australia & New Zealand?

Jigsaw Paradise will provide a Free delivery within Australia on all orders with a value of $AUD125 or more.

Orders under $125 within Australia will incur a shipping fee of $9.90.

All Orders within New Zealand will incur a shipping fee of $35.00AUD. Free Shipping rules do not apply on New Zealand orders.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure someone is at your requested address when the goods are to be delivered. Jigsaw Paradise uses courier service for security and as such we require a signature of someone when the goods are received. It is for this reason that we recommend delivery to a business address. Alternatively if you are not home, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest courier depot.

International orders (excluding New Zealand)?

We do not ship overseas. However, if you are willing to organize your own courier service to pick up and deliver your order we might be able to help you place an order. Please email customerservice@jigsawparadise.com.au to place an order. International order will not be accepted from 1st October to 1st January. 

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

What are the Conditions on Returns and Exchanges?

Returns for Exchange:

• Returns must be received within 14 days of the customer receiving the product(s).
• The product(s) should be in its original condition and package.
• We will exchange the item(s) within 2 months of purchase.
• Freight cost to RETURN the product is covered by the customer*
• Freight cost to RESEND the product is covered by the customer.
• Please note we do not give refunds for exchanges. We are happy to offer a store credit.**

*We are not responsible for any lost returned parcels so please send it back to us via a traceable method like registered post or traceable courier.

**Store credit will exclude the shipping cost which was used to send the product(s) in the first place.

Exchange or credit request (no refund)

Returns for Faulty Products:

• If a product is faulty, it should be returned to us within 21 days of the customer receiving the item.
• Please contact customerservice@jigsawparadise.com.au or call us at 02 8579 2210 to arrange a return for the product.
• Faulty products once received by Jigsaw Paradise can be exchanged for new one or a refund.

Colours and Sizes

Jigsaw Paradise provides high quality pictures of our products. Please be aware that whilst we have done all we can to ensure that you see real life colour, depending on your viewing screen the colours may appear slightly different to the actual products.

Prices on Jigsaw Paradise

All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian dollars (AU$) and are inclusive of GST. Jigsaw Paradise takes all steps to ensure that prices are prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices should we inadvertently publish incorrect prices. If this should happen after you have ordered a product on the site and have passed through the check out, we will contact you prior to sending your order and notify you of the correct price. You will then have to choice to either proceed with your order or cancel the order.

Please be aware Prices Online may be significantly cheaper then instore, as different stock levels and promotions are run through the website only.

Marketing & Promotions

By purchasing products or registering as a member you agree that your details including your email address, mailing address and mobile phone number may be used by us or Toys Paradise Australia Pty Limited to keep you informed about future products, services and events provided by either Toys Paradise Australia Pty Ltd or Games Paradise On Line Pty Limited. If you wish to change your contact mechanism (specify direct mail, telephone or email) or opt out of any communications from Games Paradise On Line Pty Ltd or Toys Paradise Australia Pty Limited you can do so by amending your details on our website or alternatively contact customer service on 1300 365 218.

Unless otherwise specified, sales and discounts are applied to our prices by use of a "coupon code" at the time of check out.   To ensure that you obtain advertised discounts please ensure use of the relevant coupon code at check out.    If you proceed through check out without use of a coupon code, please contact customer service for adjustment to your payment.   

E-Gift Cards

Toys Paradise allows E-Gift Cards to be purchased on line free of charge. To redeem an E-Gift Card you will need the individual code allocated to the E-Gift Card. The Conditions of the Gift Card as follows:

a) E-Gift Card can be redeemed for merchandise only and are not redeemable for cash.
b) E-Gift Card are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
c) E-Gift Card can be purchased online free of charge.
d) E-Gift Card will be emailed to recipient of the gift and the purchaser will be sent a confirmation that the Gift.
e) E-Gift Card can only be redeemed on Jigsaw Paradise's website.
f) If an E-Gift Card is redeemed for less than the amount purchased, the recipient will still able to return to Toys Paradise's website at a later date to redeem the remaining amount of funds on the E-Gift Card.
g) E-Gift Card are in $AUD.
h) Standard shipping rules apply for any items purchased using a E-Gift Card.
i) E-Gift Cards cannot be refunded once purchased.
